Our management team has significant experience working with the elderly and providing residential
care services.
Janine serves as Generations' chief executive officer and, operationally, is responsible for recruiting
and developing our employees and working with clients to ensure the care services provided to them
meet their specific needs. Janine holds a bachelor’s degree and masters in business management
and has held leadership positions in recruiting, training and development when working for a strategy
consulting firm earlier in her career. More recently she worked as the COO for a New Jersey non-profit
social services agency that provides residential care services to special needs populations. In addition
to Janine’s professional education and experiences, her personal experience with a chronic arthritic
condition has made her particularly understanding of the challenges of someone who faces chronic
illness or limitations to their activities of daily living. As CEO of Generations, Janine will continue to
focus on doing the things she loves - training and developing professionals and providing high quality
care services to those who need assistance.
Chuck has been working in health care and related fields for over 20 years. Early in his career, he
worked for a health care consulting firm. For the majority of his career, however, he has developed
and managed assisted living and nursing home facilities for a New Jersey-based senior living company.
Chuck serves as Generations’ Vice President, responsible for finance, technology and marketing. He
holds a master’s degree in business management specializing in health care management. More
importantly, he has devoted his entire career to the senior care industry.
Nancy holds a master’s degree in neuropsychology and has 10 years of experience providing therapy
in a rehabilitation hospital, specializing in work with geriatric populations. She advises and trains
Generations and its entire staff on caregiving approaches that recognize the emotional needs of clients
and support all aspects of positive aging. Like Chuck and Janine, Nancy has dedicated her career to the
provision of high quality health care services to people in need.
In addition, Generations retains a cadre of highly-qualified and professional Registered Nurses, who
prepare the initial assessment, conduct periodic reassessments and oversee care by our aides; from
time-to-time these RNs also conduct in-service training and quality reviews.
