Doula/New Mother Services

Being a new mother is an exciting but sometimes stressful time. And it’s often good for both the new mom and baby to have help to relieve some of that stress.

Generations’ doula (from the Greek for “a helping person”) services are generally designed as a relatively short-term support program to help the pregnant woman or new mom meet her basic personal and household needs. Services can include help with personal grooming (including bathing), meal preparation, light housekeeping and essential shopping.
